I think that if you are a person that has a really specific niche and you live someplace cheap and you keep your overhead low and you’re able to diversify then yes, if you’re like a person that can make simple video essays let’s say and you have low overhead and you can get some traction and then you can pivot that traction into at least some ads, a Patreon community, some sort of exclusive video or audio product, and maybe some merch, then yes, you can still do something, but it’s hard.
